The Challenge

The team was juggling multiple repetitive tasks — processing vehicle check fines, reconciling Samsara telematics billing, summarising safety inbox reports, and monitoring fleet safety scores — all manually, all separately, with no standardised process and significant time lost every week.

Our Solution

We built a bespoke Electron desktop application bundling all five workflows into a single hub. Each tool is purpose-built for its specific task: the vehicle fines processor automates fine matching and output, the Samsara billing tool reconciles telematics data, and the safety dashboard surfaces driver scores instantly. The app runs fully offline, requires no logins, and is available in seconds from the desktop.
