Generic running plans are built for an average runner that doesn't exist. They ignore current fitness, available training days, heart rate zones, and how long the runner can comfortably go without stopping. The result is plans that are either too easy, too hard, or simply abandoned within two weeks.
Our Solution
We built STRIDE, an AI-powered running plan dashboard that takes each runner's longest comfortable run, heart rate zones, training frequency, preferred long run day, and target race — then generates a fully bespoke week-by-week training calendar in seconds. Every plan is built backwards from race day, automatically structured with long runs, recovery days, and progression built in. The plan updates instantly if the runner's availability or goals change.
